Christmas Appeal
Our appeal for £1 from you to enable us to buy food and treats for dogs who need special diets so they may enjoy Christmas just like all the other dogs was exceptional. THANK YOU from us all.
To ALL those who came to help when we were snow bound, whether you cleaned kennels, shifted rubbish, walked dogs or bought us food for them. Some of you walked to us, some used their 4 x 4 THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.
Food for small dogs
We need dry complete food for our small dogs all ages.
We need collars.
If you have a spare one or one tucked away unused please
donate it for one of our dogs. All sizes from size 1 upwards.
Any type leather, woven, buckle up, half check or adjustable that clip
together. Old or new it doesn't matter. The only collar we don't use is a check chain.
Indoor Training facility
We have had plans approved for an all weather hall and new kennels. We do not have the funding for the kennels yet. However we have most generously be granted a large proportion of the costs of the training hall but we need to raise a further £70,000 to build this very necessary structure here in wet and windy Porth.
We have a donation of £28.000 and another promised of £20.000 if we can raise a further £40.000.
If you can commit an hour or two in the afternoon on a regular basis
to walk and play with dogs before supper please contact us on 01637 872976
or pop in any afternoon Monday to Saturday and have a chat with the manager
or staff and meet the dogs.
